Kentucky Governor signs motor vehicle title reform into law

A House bill that reforms how motor vehicle titles are handled has been signed into law by Governor Beshear. The legislation, known as HB144, aims to streamline and clarify the process for issuing and transferring vehicle titles.

The bill, titled "AN ACT relating to motor vehicle titles," introduces several changes designed to simplify the title transfer process and reduce administrative burdens on both车主和车辆管理部门。该法案的首席发起人是来自第49选区的T. Huff议员,共有9位共同发起人,其中包括D. Elliott和D. Grossberg。
