Kentucky Governor has signed into law a House bill (HB290) that aims to enhance legal research resources.

The legislation, titled "AN ACT relating to the provision of legal research resources," seeks to improve access and availability of legal materials for public use. It includes provisions for expanding digital databases and ensuring up-to-date information is available to the public.

Sponsored by Representative N. Wilson from District 82, the bill has two co-sponsors: B. Chester-Burton and D. Grossberg.

The bill passed both chambers with overwhelming support and was enrolled after being signed by the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate before it was sent to the Governor for final approval on April 9th.
