A House bill (HB3) has been signed into law by the Governor, providing new reimbursements for pharmacist services in Kentucky.

The legislation, titled "AN ACT relating to reimbursements for pharmacist services," aims to improve compensation for pharmacists performing various health-related tasks. It outlines specific requirements and standards for reimbursement rates to ensure that pharmacists are adequately compensated for their services.

HB3 was chiefly sponsored by Representative A. Neighbors of District 21, with nine co-sponsors including Representatives Gentry and Chester-Burton. The bill has now been signed into law after passing both chambers without opposition.

The bill passed the House on January 29 with a vote of 93-0 and cleared the Senate on March 30 with a unanimous 38-0 vote. It was enrolled, signed by the Speaker of the House and President of the Senate and delivered to the Governor before being officially signed into law on April 12 as Acts Ch. 99.
