A Senate bill (SB104) that relates to first responders has become law in Kentucky without the Governor's signature.

The legislation, titled "AN ACT relating to first responders," aims to provide additional protections and support for emergency personnel. It passed both chambers with significant majorities before being enrolled and delivered to the Governor.

Chief sponsor M. Nunn, representing District 117, led the bill, which has 15 co-sponsors including A. Reed and B. Smith.

The bill was signed into law on April 11 after being filed without the Governor's signature with the Secretary of State on April 9. It is now officially enacted as Acts Chapter 96.
