Senate bill SB 141 advances to appropriations & revenue committee in House

A Senate bill (SB141) has advanced from the House Rules Committee and is now headed to the House Appropriations & Revenue Committee for further consideration.
The bill, titled "AN ACT relating to legal advertisements," aims to update regulations surrounding legal advertisements. It seeks to modernize requirements and ensure that such advertisements are accessible and compliant with current standards.
SB141 will now be reviewed by the House Appropriations & Revenue Committee, where it will undergo detailed examination regarding its financial implications before potentially moving forward in the legislative process.
