Minnesota HF 3825 presented to governor after passing both chambers

Minnesota HF 3825, a wide-ranging health occupations bill, has passed both chambers of the Legislature and was presented to the governor on May 20, 2026. The bill modifies licensing and scope of practice for more than a dozen health professions, including acupuncture, social work, dentistry, pharmacy and nursing, and establishes new registration and licensure frameworks for massage therapists, Asian bodywork therapists and music therapists.
