Health and human services funding bill passes and heads to governor

Minnesota SF 4612, an omnibus Health and Human Services supplemental appropriations bill, has passed both chambers of the Legislature and was presented to the governor on May 20, 2026. The bill sets supplemental funding levels for health and human services programs in the state.

A conference committee reconciled differences between the chambers, adopting a "delete everything" amendment before both the Senate and House adopted the conference committee report on May 17, 2026.
